Liberalized diets are provided to promote acceptance and satisfaction. Every effort is made to honor individual preferences within the prescribed dietary limits of the physician’s orders. Greenway’s Certified Dietary Manager, Debbie Wilson, has been directing the food service department for the past 30 years. Debbie is a certified dietary manager and is past president of the Wisconsin Dietary Manager’s Association. Debbie meets with every resident to learn about their personal preferences and to explain any nutritional concerns. We encourage families to visit during meal time and enjoy lunch or supper with their loved one. In addition to Debbie, a registered dietitian visits Greenway on a regular basis.
